We at the Globe-Guardian firmly believe that the truth should never get in the way of a good story.
This concept it embraced, to varying extents, by all news media. We're just one of the few who unabashedly admit it.
That's not to say that Globe-Guardian stories are completely without facts. We can honestly say, just as with any television movie of the week, that all stories offered by this publication are loosely based on actual events. Once you've got that base, it's time to extrapolate. Fact-based fiction has greater credibility than straight fiction, no matter how fantastic the attached embellishments might be.
The pages of the Globe-Guardian contain far more fiction than fact. Of course, through the miracle of Projection Enhanced Expeditionary Kinetic Image News Gathering (PEEKING™) technology, all Globe-Guardian news stories take place in the future.
Hence, who is to say how many Globe-Guardian stories might become the truth along an uninterrupted current time line? Hey, if we accidentally get something right, we want full credit for having had it first.
